Bernard's Family Pharmacy is located on LA 1019 near LA 16 in Watson, LA.
Bernard's Family Pharmacy has a drive-thru prescription drop off and pick-up for the customer's convenience. When customers drop off a prescription, they are given a pager which tells them when their medicine is ready to pick up. There is also a secure after-hours drop off. Prescriptions received through the drop off will be ready the following day, and can be picked up at the drive thru. Of course, to renew prescriptions, customers can simply call 225-667-4286 before they come. You can also use the smart phone app or refill prescriptions online.
Bernard's accepts most major health insurance plans, including several worker's comp plans, Medicaid, and Medicare Part D. The pharmacy carries home and personal care items, diabetic products, sick-room supplies, and over-the-counter medications. Also there is a nice gift, greeting card, and Circle-E candle section.
Bernard's Family Pharmacy is open from 8:00a.m. to 7p.m. Monday through Friday and 8a.m. to 1p.m. on Saturday. The knowledgeable and friendly staff look forward to serving the community and helping families with all their personal medical needs.
Robert Holt
Robert “Bobby” is a pharmacist/owner at Bernards Family Pharmacy. He received his doctorate from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2011 and has been at Bernards Family Pharmacy since 2015.
Melissa Magee
Melissa is a pharmacist/owner at Bernards Family Pharmacy since July 2014. She graduated pharmacy school in 1995 from Northeast Louisiana University and has lived in Watson since 1999.
Cheri Simmons
Cheri has worked at Bernards Family Pharmacy since August 2006. She is a certified Pharmacy Technician since 1998. “This job is more than counting pills, it is serving families like yours. Thanks you for letting us serve you and your family”
Matthew Simmons
Matthew “Matt” has been at Bernards Family Pharmacy since March of 2016. He started off working as a cashier, but as of October 2018 he became a certified Pharmacy Technician. Matt says that It is a blessing to be able to serve the local community and his aim is to serve well.
Patricia Welch
Patricia has worked at Bernards Family Pharmacy since January 2008. She is a certified Pharmacy Technician since March 2009. She takes pride in her work and in serving the community. “Thank you for allowing us to be apart of your family”

Darnell Erwin
Darnell is a life long resident of Watson. She has worked for Bernards Family Pharmacy since it’s opening in 2005, but has worked in the pharmacy customer care field for 30 years.
